We had a great experience with everyone at Patriot RV in Prestonsburg. First, Mick and his team stayed after hours so that I could view (and buy!) a camper I really, really wanted. I never felt pressured and they made the whole process easy and fun. Then we hit a bump in the road. Something on the rig wasn't working right, and the technicians tried to help us troubleshoot the issue over the phone. They never once made me feel stupid as they walked me through a few steps. When we couldn't remedy the issue on our own, we took the unit to the Prestonsburg location and the entire team bent over backward to try to address the problem. There was a small charge to fix the issue but Mick and his service team was fair, reasonable and a joy to work with and learn from. Thanks guys! We're really happy!
